It's easy to upload pictures. First to to Flickr and upload the photo. Then click on the 'different sizes' in the buttons across the top. Choose a size and the next screen shows all the HTML code.
Copy the line that begins with with http:and then paste that into the new board message. using the img settings. That's [img] your photo goes inbetween here then [/img].
